Josef Al-Sibaie

As the Chief of Staff and Corporate Development Officer at SYSPRO Josef Al-Sibaie spearheads the company’s mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy, driving high-impact investments that expand SYSPRO’s global footprint and enhance its product suite. He also collaborates closely with the Senior Leadership Team to advance strategic initiatives across sales operations, product development, and other core business functions.

Josef joined SYSPRO following its acquisition by Advent International, where he was a key Investment Professional in the European Technology Investment team. He brings a wealth of experience in enterprise and vertical software, having led and supported numerous strategic transactions focused on growth and innovation.

He holds an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Boston University. Josef is passionate about scaling technology businesses, building high-performing teams, and delivering transformative value to customers, partners, and shareholders.
